MLW Consulting helps Healthtech and Life Sciences founders turn promising products into commercial reality and revenue. We work with early‑stage and scaling teams who are strong on technology and clinical insight, but want more clarity and confidence on the commercial side.

I’m Marc Winrow. Over the last 25+ years I’ve led commercial teams and launched new diagnostics, digital health and medical technology products across the UK, EMEA and North America. I’ve seen the same patterns in big diagnostics companies and small start-ups: lots of activity, not enough traction.​
​Now I work alongside founders, leadership teams and investors to fix that. Typical work includes: tightening the first ICP, shaping a practical go‑to‑market plan, designing pilots that generate the right evidence, and establishing commercial & operational processes - putting in a rhythm so the team stays focused on the right deals and goals.

Lisa brings 25+ years of project and operations management experience from both multinationals and small businesses. She runs our internal operations and oversees client projects end‑to‑end, keeping work on track and goals clear. Her organisation and eye for detail mean plans turn into delivery, not just documents.
